Pricing
Pay for the families you have.
No seat licences, nothing paid up front. Start with one journey: $150 a month covers your first three active families, then $45 for each one after. When per-journey pricing stops making sense, move to a flat licence — and we will tell you when you get there.
Two shapes, one product
Same platform either way. Only the maths changes.
There is no cut-down tier. Every capability on the features page is available on both shapes — the licence adds tailoring and a fixed number, not access to things that were being withheld.
ON-DEMAND
A monthly fee per active journey
For agencies starting out, or any book small enough that a flat fee would be paying for room you are not using. Add a family, the cost goes up. Close one, it goes down.
- Every capability, nothing held back for a higher tier
- Unlimited coordinators — you are never charged per seat
- Enquiries you have not converted cost nothing
- Stop paying for a journey the month it closes
LICENCE
One flat fee, up to 60 active families
For agencies past the crossover, or any agency that wants a number that does not move — and wants the platform shaped around how they actually work rather than the other way round.
- Everything in on-demand, at a number that does not move
- Set up with you — stage names, automations and reports shaped around how you work
- Priority support and a named contact
- One number to budget, however busy the year turns out to be
Moving between the two is a billing change, not a migration. Your journeys, documents, portals and history stay exactly where they are — nothing is exported, re-imported, or re-configured.
Carrying more than 60 families at once?
Then the slider above has stopped being the conversation. A named contact rather than a queue, customer-managed encryption keys, a BAA when we are able to offer one, and terms written for your book rather than for a calculator. Tell us what your procurement needs and we will tell you what we have and what we do not.
Included on both
The things other platforms charge extra for.
Setup and onboarding
We create your workspace, load your journey and invite your team. No implementation fee.
Your branded portals
The intended parent and surrogate portals, on your own address, under your own name. Not an add-on.
Four languages
English, Spanish, Russian and Turkish across the product and the portals, including translated messaging.
Unlimited coordinators
You are never charged per seat. Give access to whoever needs it.
Every capability
All nine modules. Turn on the ones you need; the price is the same either way.
Support and updates
Updates land for everyone at once. You are never quoted for an upgrade.
The questions people actually ask
Before you have to ask them.
What counts as an active journey?
A journey counts from the day it starts until handover. Unconverted enquiries are free. A completed journey stops counting the month it closes, so a quiet quarter costs you less.
Is there a minimum, or a contract?
On-demand is $45 per active journey with a $150 monthly minimum while any journey is active — the minimum covers your first three — and no multi-year lock-in. Licences are annual and cover up to 60 active journeys.
What happens when we cross over?
We tell you. The calculator above is the same arithmetic we run on your account.
Do you take a cut of our fees?
No. Payments are tracked against milestones and never processed here. Our revenue is the subscription, nothing else.
What if we want to leave?
Your data is yours. Export everything on the way out, and we will help you do it.
Can we try it first?
Yes. Start free creates your workspace today — your branding, your stages, your team — and nothing is charged for it. You pay from the day the first family’s journey starts: $150 a month, which covers your first three families, and nothing else. One real family tells you more than a sandbox of demo data.
Start with one family.
The workspace is free from today. Put your first real families on it: $150 a month covers up to three from the day the first journey starts, then $45 for each one after, and you will know.
